How to Win the Stick Battles Tournament

The Stick Battles tournament is the most reliable live event in the kebab lobby. It does not wait for Halloween or a Discord ping. Every 25 minutes the server tries to crown a Champion. That badge is the reason people suddenly swap off Warp and start taking trades seriously. This page is the timer, the loadout, and the mistakes that throw a free title.

What Champion actually is

The live badge text is blunt: win Tournament (happens every 25 minutes). It is not a weekend cup. It is a recurring lobby mode. You do not queue from the Roblox website. You are already in a 16-player public server, the banner drops, and the next stretch of fights is scored as the tournament.

Private servers are not an option on this universe. You play public. Empty lobbies waste the window. If the server has four people sitting on a statue, hop before the timer, not after.

Champion is a win badge, not a kill-count badge. Midas (100) and Enjoyer (1,000) still matter for sticks. Champion is a burst. Treat it like a mini-event on the events board.

Two minutes before the banner

1. Stop collector jobs. Long Stick behind a statue is a tournament throw. Balloon finds wait.
2. Equip a duel stick: Dash, Magic, Electric, or Gravity. Trophy Bread does not win Champion.
3. If you still have a Star Potion from codes (gob, stickmas1, freepotion), this is the moment. Not AFK. Not a three-player server.
4. Hold a Shield if you are already on a streak you care about. Do not pop savemystreak on a five-kill ego run and then also try to Champion.
5. Camera and stab timing from controls — you will not learn Magic teleport during the cup.

During the tournament

Play the rusher or zone build, not the carrier clip build. Carrying a long kebab into Champion is how you eat lava and donate a stack. Dump the body if you cannot see the next target.

Watch weather. Blood Moon and Sunset can overlap a tournament window. Low vis favors close kits (Table, Fighting, Gravity). Clear Sunset favors Grapple and Long. Details live on the weather guide. Do not open COD_ in the middle of the cup unless you already redeemed everything. The HUD is a death sentence when eight people are looking for a pin.

After it ends

If you won, rejoin if Champion did not grant. Badge sticks and badges on this game often need a fresh server — same bug as Midas. If you lost, swap back to farm: Dash for kills, Warp for map finds. The next cup is 25 minutes away. That is the whole loop.

Do not immediately start a Balloon hunt in the same mental state. You will tunnel and miss the next banner. Set a clock. Play how to get sticks between cups, not through them.

Loadouts that actually convert

• Dash / Speedy: first contact. Best when the lobby is spread.
• Magic: stab then teleport to closest. Best when you can read who is closest. Worst when someone is flinged under the map.
• Electric / Gravity: punish piles. Best when everyone clusters on one kebab.
• Wall: if Table users showed up tonight.
• Grapple / Push: pull campers out of corners.
